This privacy policy covers rockstarsms.com. Use of the site is also subject to our Terms of Service.

General

Your privacy matters. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. Using the site means you consent to that transfer and to Rockstar SMS contacting you about the service. You can opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

Information we collect

When you create an account or join a list we may collect name, email, mobile number, profile picture, messages you send, and similar account data. We do not collect this unless you provide it. You keep ownership of the contact lists you build. Rockstar SMS does not use those lists for our own campaigns or sell them.

We use this information to provide the service, send the messages you request, notify you of joins if you asked for that, improve the site, and send service notices.

Sharing

To deliver SMS we share the destination number and message body with the mobile carrier and, when configured, Twilio. Their policies apply to that hop. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale of the service.

Access

Update or delete your information from Account Settings, or email contact@rockstarsms.com. We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations.

Cookies

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in while you use the desk. You can block cookies in your browser; the signed-in desk will not work without them.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not intend to collect their information.

Security

Passwords are hashed. No transmission over the internet is guaranteed secure. Use the site at your own risk.
